Navi Mumbai: The alumni meet of SIES Graduate School of Technology, ReConnect that took place on 4th January, 2014 had ex-students returning back to their alma mater to relive the time they spent with her friends and observe the changes that had occurred since the time they graduated. It was gratifying to see the alumni turnout even from the very first batches of the college i.e. ’06 and ’07.

The alumni meet started off in the SIES GST auditorium with the Principal Dr. Alka Mahajan addressing the gathering. She introduced the members of the new alumni association. She urged the alumni to turn out in huge members and assist the institution and its students in whichever way possible. The President of the alumni association then took over the microphone and spoke about his time at the college and the plan of action of the alumni body. The two hosts for the evening, Kavya Kumar and Vivek Venkatram then welcomed the President of the college, Abhishek Labhe to share his views about this meet. Following the dialogue, the college fusion band Twin Paradox took over the stage and performed few of their songs.

The evening came to a close with a disc jockey taking over the college quadrangle as the alumni turned back the years at college by dancing to his beats.
